If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

How do I return my order?
You need to fill in the returns form above with the correct information about your order, the invoice number and your reason for the return within 14 days after your order was delivered. We will then contact you with further instructions on how to return your goods. Please note that bespoke ladder orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I return my order after the 14 day cut off?
If you would like to return your goods after the 14 day cut off time period you will not be entitled to a refund. However we may occasionally still offer a refund but this will be at our discretion. Please note that bespoke ladder orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I return a part of my order?
If you have over ordered or want to change a part of your order and you are within the 14 day time period please let us know by filling in the returns form above and state the exact items and their product codes that you would like to return. We will assess your details and let you know the next steps. Please note that bespoke ladder orders cannot be returned or refunded.
What if my goods turn up damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your goods turn up damaged you have 24 hours to write to us to tell us. We will then decide on the appropriate next steps.
What is the returns address?
Once we have received and approved your returns form we will send you the details of where to return your goods.
How do I speak to someone about my return?

Do I have to pay to return my order?
To return your goods you will be responsible for re-packaging and organising a reputable courier to deliver the goods back to us unused and undamaged.
How long until I receive my refund for my returned order?
Once the goods have been received back we will assess that there is no damage or visible use on the products. Once we are happy that this is the case we will issue your refund within 14 days.
