The double door co-ordination system offers seamless synchronisation for the opening and closing of the two doors in the Flush Double Pocket Door System and the Flush Double Pocket Door System - Wiring Ready. When you open or close one door, the other door automatically responds, moving in unison.

- The system can be retrofitted due to the Eclisse patented extractable track, which can be removed to accommodate the coordination kit's installation.
- Suitable for use with wooden doors only, ensuring optimal performance.
- Not compatible with the Classic Double Pocket Door System
Technical Details:
- The double door co-ordination kit includes one Soft-Close with Anti-Slam, which effectively slows down and closes doors weighing up to 20Kg each. For heavier doors, an additional Soft-Close with Anti-Slam is required.
- If the co-ordination kit is used with the DS Bi-directional Soft Close with Anti-Slam, two units are needed for doors weighing over 20Kg each, and one unit suffices for doors under 20Kg each.
- The coordination system employs a specially developed cable, featuring 132 strands of 2mm stainless steel cable and a zinc-plated 1.5mm spring. The cable is centrally attached to the top of the door using a bracket.

In order to receive a refund on returned goods please ensure that:
- Goods are returned within 14 working days of receiving them
Sales to consumers from our website are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations, these do not apply to business to business sales.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers may return the goods to us within 14 working days of receiving them for whatsoever reason.
- The goods are returned to us in reasonable condition and unused. If the goods arrived to you damaged please ensure you repackage the goods after inspection securely.
Please note it is not necessary to assemble the product to inspect them or to check the size (as it is clearly labelled on the packaging) so returns which have been assembled will be subject to our claim for breach of statutory duty by the consumer.
- You contact us to request a RETURNS NUMBER and complete our RETURNS FORM.
We request that the consumer obtain a RETURNS NUMBER from us. You will need to add this to the RETURNS FORM which you can download here. Or we can email you a copy.
Please include the form inside the packaging or put it into an envelope and securely attach it to the outside of the packaging. We cannot process the return without the form with the returns number. If you have any questions or are experiencing any problem with this process please email us.
- The cost of return to us and the responsibility that the goods are returned in reasonable condition will be borne by the consumer.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you have a problem with the return transport shipping please let us know and we will endeavour to organise this for you.
*** Please ensure that if you have opened the packaging that you carefully repack and securely repackage the goods to ensure that they arrive back with us safely. We advise taking a photograph of any repackaged goods in case any damage occurs during the return journey to us.

We recommend you do not book any installation work until you have received goods as occasionally the couriers can experience problems or delays trying to make delivery.

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of Great Britain please send us an email with your full delivery address and details of what you would like to order. We can then generate a quotation for you.
Generally, there are good stock ;levels for the pocket door systems and hardware and therefore your order should be delivered in a timely manner. If items are in stock then your order will be picked and ready to sent out within two days. The delivery will be on a next day service. Overall the lead-time for delivery is around 3-5 days.
Occasionally there are delays with some stock items and if there are any delays with your order we will get in touch straight away to let you know. You can then either decide to continue with your order and wait, or request a refund.
