Currently the products are produced from long life polyurethane, which is not recyclable. However, all the materials used to trim out the panelling are recyclable.

They operate in an environmentally responsible way, and in compliance with all relevant environmental EU legislation. This reflects in all aspects of the materials and energy management.

Many wooden products are prepared with harmful toxic chemicals, and MDF has known carcinogenic properties.
The plaster industry requires very large quanities of natural resources every year to produce products from.
There is generally a good stock of the interior decor products within the UK which means delivery will be 2-3 days. Occasionally items may be out of stock, especially popular items such as wall panels. Items that are out of stock have a delivery lead-time of 2-3 weeks. If there are any items on your order that are out of stock will get in touch straight away to let you know. You can then either decide to continue with your order and wait, or request a refund.
If you change your mind and no longer need the adhesive, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The adhesive must be fully sealed and unopened.
To start the return process, please contact us via email within the 14-day period. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
You will be responsible for returning the goods within 5 days of your return request. Once we receive the goods back at our warehouse, they will be inspected. If the adhesive is free from damage and shows no signs of use, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

How to Use DecoFiller - No. 300 for Installation
Preparation:
- Ensure the surfaces to be filled are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.
Application:
- Apply the DecoFiller - No.300 directly into the gaps, cracks, or irregularities using a caulking gun or putty knife.
- Smooth the filler with a spatula or your finger to achieve a flat finish.
Finishing:
- Allow the filler to dry for about 15 minutes.
- Once dry, the filler can be painted over to match the surrounding surfaces.
- Clean-Up:
- Clean any tools and excess filler with water before it hardens.
