Important Delivery Information

Important - All doors must be checked immediately on arrival, and any defects, damages, shortages or incorrect allocations reported within 3 days of delivery.

The doors will arrive on a pallet which is the best way to protect them and keep them safe. This does however mean that when the lorry arrives to your site you need to make sure there is ample space to unload the pallet off of the delivery lorry when they arrive. The pallet will be left on the ground at your location and the delivery team will leave. It will be up to you to then unpack the pallet.

Please note that the doors are extremely heavy and you will likely need two people to unpack and move your doors to your desired location after the delivery team has left.

How do I measure for new doors?

To measure for a new internal door, you need to know the following three measurements:

Height: Measure the height of the opening from the floor to the underside of the door frame. Standard door sizes are 6'8" (2040mm), 6'6" and (1981mm), but it's important to measure the specific opening you have.

Width: Measure the width of the opening at the widest points, taking into account any skirting boards or other obstructions. Standard door widths are 27" (686mm), 30" (762mm), 33" (838mm), or 36" (915mm), but again, measure the specific opening you have.

Thickness: Measure the thickness of the door frame in the opening to make sure our standard door thickness, which is 45mm, will work in your frame.

Once you have these three measurements, you'll have all the information you need to order the right size door for your opening. It's always a good idea to measure twice to ensure you have accurate measurements.
